The BBC Performing Arts Fund will be launching the Young People's Musical
Theatre scheme on 27th September. Partners on the new scheme include NODA,
Voluntary Arts Network and The Media Trust, and is aimed at encouraging
young people to take part in musical theatre.
Groups can already be regularly putting on musical theatre productions or
wish to try out a musical for the first time. They can apply for grants
for training and development and in particular for projects that encourage
new members and/or new audiences.
